How to contact SuperRewards

I did an insurance thing.. I have gotten a ton of emails and calls over it. Yet never got my z8 points. How do I get in touch with them about it? There have been several problems I have had with their offers but this is the biggest one.

Select the get help option in top right hand corner of the super reward survey page.Select the survey that you haven't been awarded for and then submit any proof you have(confirmation emails etc).

Normally super rewards are quite quick at responding to customer support.
