I say if you dont vote during the kick vote, then your vote does not count.

so if its 7-2 and the vote ends it stays at 7-2 and the player is kicked.

i just thought of an awesome idea to help with the vote kicking!!!!! why not set it up so if you die in a game, you can either spec your team, or choose someone from the opposite team.. but if you choose the opposite team you can only go back to the previous round to watch what they did. this would let people see that the player either was or wasnt hacking... though it would take a lot of server space, it would really help the community lol
then maybe we'd have a fun way to stop the vote kicking of pros
