In a UK server i saw already a guy with ping 1 how that works???? I dont know! i think this guy live in the servers xD but ping 2 is verly low to ^^

actually the highest speed ever achieved was 16.4Tbps

No, its a bug since the new patch

The ping you do see next to some people's names now a days is the actual ping they have so it wouldn't be any higher. Right now there is just a display glitch in the system for ping since the update and increase in player traffic. It shows 0, but really you still have your regular ping amount you've always had.

Lowest ping ever is 0.
You need to be hella close to the server tho.
