Are you using this laptop as a desktop replacement?
Pretty much. I was using this http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/dell-inspiron-531/4507-3118_7-32486097.html It was a family desktop we got around 4 years ago. Since then, my parents got there own laptops and I was left with it and I wanted to upgrade, since it was really slow on loading basic apps.
I now use this http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/laptops/276256/samsung-r580/specifications
Except it says that version uses an Nvidia GPU, mine uses some kind of Intel HD integrated card -

The integrated graphics is really bothering me. Intel graphics blow
how much fps do you get in 8v8's with the 310m? that's an nvidia chipset btw. -

My bad, re-read my post i had to edit it. I noticed that link for some reason has the nvidia card, mine however uses an integrated card for some reason.
EDIT: Uses the Intel(R) HD Graphics -

sell that laptop for $350, and you could still build a better desktop. -
You should also consider this case, the Coolermaster HAF 912. The ability with airflow and overall expansion is amazing, and it's only $60:

you forgot about a cpu cooling, since he might overclock that sandybridge the regular intel fan wont do the job for it. (it will barely do the job for the regular state to >.>) -

Brings the price down by a near $100. Good enough? -
pro computer nerds omfg
pro okay, computer nerds ? what you mean, being sufficiently intelligent to understand what is in that case of yours and bring it together and know what value's meaning ? that's the work of any engineer or wise man. -

Thanks alot.
But if plan overclock would have any issue's.
I never have overclocked so...
I do plan to get the Corsair cooling system
The i5 2500k and that Asrock motherboard go hand in hand when it comes to overclocking. Although I wouldn't push it too much with stock cooling. The i5 2500k can easily reach 4.5ghz without effort. -

The sandy bridge line of CPUs are just super easy to overclock. Just go into your BIOS and increase the multiplier. If you want 4.3GHz, set the multiplier to x43. That's it. Done. No messing with the voltages and ****. Don't push it too hard though. 4.3Ghz is plenty fast.
