Failed to connect to host

Every game i play i get the error failed to connect to host!

I got 21 kills 4 dies yay failed to connect to host!!!!

Whats the solution i tried turning off the firewall, virusscanners, skype, msn and other things running in background not working.

Srry for my bad english...

i get that sometimes... not much but i do. i think it's just because of your internet connection and the delay it has to the servers. if you had an internet connection with faster response rate that wouldn't happen.

I can also play MW2, black ops, battlefield and things like that without any lagg so its not the internet!

My friend also had this error, then i give him a lan-cable and everything work

I got an lan cable and this is from speedtest:
