CF windows closes

So basicly i used to have win vista and game went fine, then i had win 7 and it still went fine, like 3days ago my PC crashed which means i had to install win 7again and sence that the game hasnt been the same... Its not the new patch. So what happens is i randomly get hit off CF and put on my desktop when im joining a game, and sometimes i get a messege about my video card, which hasnt poped up before.
