Can someone tell me wats going on with my Ping

I live in Vancouver BC Canada and use Telus internet. My Ping was 60. since 2 days before the new patch I get 87 in E8 and Alpha.(they were same ping) After the new patch, I get 137 in alpha and 87 in E8. I should be west coast player. I was 47 in west cost, but I get 77 now. Please tell me if z8games will fix it or not. Some of my friends are same.
