when exactly did you purchase your zp amount ?
it might take some minutes till the amount is on your account.

did u got the bp points or you didnt as well?try to communicate with paysafe card company or through a ticket with z8.

go to my account and see if there it appears the zp-bp (zp=z8 points,bp=bonus points)
