Setup Won't Run!

Hello, yesterday, i tried to run crossfire, but sadly, the HWHC was corrupted. I uninstalled it and have tried to reinstalled it. After i downloaded the setup.exe file, i have tried to run it. Apparently, the setup wont show on the screen. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

    uninstall CF and delete the setup.exe. restart your computer and DL the setup again. it should run then.
    anyway, tell me if it worked.
