id say not true, Anaconda and Desert eagle are on a par, Desert eagle got an advantage in 1-10 meters and anaconda is MUCH better in long range, anaconda got a faster reload, higher range and better accuracy, it also looks bada.s to wield an big revolver.
i love them both.
DE is my favorite as primary with sniper, anaconda with rifles and USP/glock with SMGs -
the deagle is better... at almost all ranges...
the damage reduction is sooo bad on the anaconda.. It does like 2 damage at long ranges.. Yes, it is more accurate at long ranges, BUT who cares if you can only do 2 damage at long ranges.. (even at mid range the damage reduction is still pretty bad IMO).
test is out.. its true damage penalty on the conda is flipping crazzyyy
edit: the conda MIGHT be better at VERY close range because you can 2 hit kill some1 in body with a conda at close.. but the deagle is still 3? -
Anaconda wins if you can pop off HS at any range, the combination of both power and great accuracy means that if you are good enough you can easily beat an Deagle.
On a good day I can run around popping off heads so quick, I get kicked from rooms. But meh. -
Why would you need accuracy over long range if you can't damage with an Anaconda over long range...
Exactly. What's the point of good accuracy if your damage over range is horrible?
Anaconda is faster reload, but with the adv/camo version D.E is the same or better... -

I would go with deagle for normal scrims but the conda for pistol only matches. In a normal battle (ie. s&d) you shouldn't really whip out your secondary when facing a enemy at long range. You should just take cover and reload your primary. So, deagle would be a better choice.

Unlike some might say, I don't say that the Ana is bad. Deagle is better, doesn't means that Ana is bad tho. Just like AK-47 is better, doesn't means AK-74 is bad tho.
The ak74 is terrible O.o after the first few bullets, the recoil and spray pattern kicks the gun around, making it worse than the m16. Just my opinion.
