mission error/not recorded?

today, i have played 6 game in mutation Facility, needed 8 game for the mission, but after 6 game, i saw none of this was recorded. Now i have to play again? why this error?

It is a known bug.

Either redo the same one again, or just choose a different mission to complete. Hopefully this will be the only instance for you for that mission today.

Its happened to me today.
I did 7 on west coast...
thought I'd go to Bravo for the final...
finnished the match and I'm on 1...
so I went back to West and had 0...
I have done a few since then I just loaded it CF & its on 0

mission error/not recorded?
