You will need to send in a support ticket, under Account >>> Account Administration.
You will probably want to be requesting your Security Answer (obviously).
Then provide at LEAST 2 pieces of information that can be used to confirm that the account indeed is yours.
There are 3 pieces you can give, with an optional 1 also.
They are:
Current Registration Email;
Security Question & Answer;
and Activation date. This one has to be exact.
The optional piece of information is your IP address.
If you use paypal, it is best to type in the information as asked,
also to provide ZP transaction #'s, such as from Credit/Debit cards, or Prepaid (UGC, Wallie, etc.)
Also optional to include other information you believe is needed under the text body.
If all this seems too difficult, why not send an email from the Lost ID function after you log out, on the top black bar where you usually sign in. Be sure to check you spam folder if you don't find it, or maybe typing Z8games, or Crossfire in your email's search function (if it has one)
