i send to Z8 an e-mail cz i didnt recive my ZP from the ads (earn free zp)

first , from BMG the name of ad. is Yontoo FB install ( Reward is paid on download and install.) ( reward is 1015 Z8 )
i downloaded it and installed it but i didint reacive any thing

Basically yes... it is a form of revenue that is in the grey area, most internet companies have this form.
As MOD TalonBlaze has said, Z8games has no liabilities when it comes to doing the surveys online. The only way to actually inquire about your ZP status is to first use the survey provider's help tool.
For BMG (taken right from the page):
If you have any questions or issues regarding BMG offers, you can send E-mail to :
noreward@blvd-media.com with the following information:
Name of the Game,
User ID,
The name of the offer that didn't convert,
The reward value of the offer,
A screenshot of the Thank You or Congratulations page so we may investigate the issue with the advertiser.

that other support you listed in your second post, SponsorPay, is different from SuperRewards as you claim in the first post.

And just to let you know, as a rule of thumb, make note of every completion. It helps to have receipts of any kind to show proof.

Q: What should I do if didn't get the points upon successful completion of an offer?
A: Keep all proofs of completion (PIN numbers, confirmation texts, member registrations, etc.) for your records. Super Rewards will be requesting these to review your case.

After all of this effort, if you continue not to recieve your ZP from them (this is like 2 weeks after you sent those emails, and most likely didn't receive a response, then send a support ticket under Account >>> Survey Issues. Include in the body of text that you sent emails to the respective providers support. And any info is always a +++.
