can't extend anything

How come when something comes to an end you can't extend it cause the buy button is not able to be clicked/pushed w/e
it seems like a simple fix why is it not repaired already

This is not the first time it has happened, Every Time something times out, this box appears with w/e it is in it and Will not let u choose buy

Doesn't this happen to anyone else? Anyone?
