Its not in the item mall, but yes, the grenades in the crate with the Rose Axe are temporary and will disappear when its removed.

The mall is something different. If you look at the menu bar above, you see "Mall". That is the item mall. There is no Rose Grenade there.

You might be thinking of the in game shop.
