send a ticket to Support with the screenshot attached. They might be able to help you. Obviously it is an error that wasn't properly translated. XTrap comes from Korea.. and from there they have to translate all characters into English when porting it to CFNA.

i found out what it means,

it means that:
"i cannot play on CrossFire because it detected many virus throught my computer thanks to the game "Crossfire".

so my computer won't let me play it, is there any solutions to this?

like redownloading it???
