I reinstalled, deleted all files, turn off antivirus

My antivirus: ESET NOD32
Deleted my cheats xD(jokes)

and I still got that error.

Have also the same Fault. Thanks God, I thought, somethings wrong with my PC like a Virus or anything else. Does anyone knows, when the game can be start normaly? I hope they are fast.
