Looking for a clan....

I need a somewhat good clan, a clan I can learn from, a clan that is in North America, why I made this thread is because my clan leader might kick me out for being a "spiker" and "lagger", so I might as well look for a clan before this happens; here is my character page: http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=2991739

We are mostly EU but we play wherever and whenever you like.

Most of us were competitive players, so we could teach you a thing or two if there IS anything to teach..
