Help, i cant report

hi, i want to report 2 players who use hack
and i cant do it, i report this players in webforum, but in contact history says status "closed"

i dont know where can i send the replay

Closed = Ticket has been closed due to being completed, no longer needed, or considered
spam.

lol i had this same problem so i thought but it is supposed to be instantly closed after you send in the report its all up to z8games and there is no need to get back with you

i dont think there is a need to host the replays any more because when you go to report theres a upload replay thing at the bottom of the report window. if some one could right or wrong me that would be great

It's a way of saying thanks! thats why it's close and they reviewed it

Hack Reports automatically get closed and placed in our queue system.

We have organizational logics we apply to hack reports to help sort and consolidate and prioritize.

Because of all that, and it would just be too taxing to send a personal response after each report the tickets are just automatically closed and placed in our system.

We look at the reports and ban the hackers as we go through the reports. There is no need to worry.
