    Depends. Do you play this game for GM and S&D or for knifing.
    My friend plays this game only for knifin he has 78k kills and 22k deaths and 77k knife kills.
    So if you are just a knifer u dont need m4c, but if you like to shoot, m4c is a must have.
    Axe is like m16 compared to m4c if you dont knife that much and you can do pretty well with normal Knife if you know how to tap slash and aim for head with stab.

    It really all depends what mode you play the most.

    There really is only 2 modes that you can use knife but if you play TDM Knife and GM BL a lot then I recommend you get an axe.

    If you play TDM, SnD, GM GR etc... Getting an M4-Custom would be a better investment.


    I would personally get the axe over the M4-C, not because I GM a lot, mostly because I tried M4-Custom on my friend's account and it's overrated. It has hella ass recoil and you gotta get used to it and stuff.

    Anyway, axes are cooler. :D
