g4box cf not load well

i get this image when i start g4box cf launcher,
i only can launch the game with the patcher cf

i have Reinstalls it a lot of time , donwload the latest install crossfire 1.065, restart my computer, patcher it a lot of, i have the latest drivers of graphic car and directx, i have turn off the antivirs and firewall , i have use cleaner and registry booster..... etc etc

i have try the solution, but i cannot get my zoom option on my windows xp profesional... i have look in display from control panel and asscesibility, but no have this option, and right click anywhere on the desktop but dont have personalize, i cannot find the zoom option...... i only go to wait to a new launcher
