Hey, Muffin
wouldn't you agree that the basis of the bans that mods give out are utterly one-sided? You'll see 10 people do the exact same thing that I do and I'll be the one getting banned. Unethical, illogical and utterly pointless, and it truly reflects on the status of these current moderators. Don't tell me it only happens because I'm me, no, that's not how things work. In a proper government, nobody should get exceptions and I can't emphasise this enough.
Moderators, what good has this ban on muffin done? You're the reason why there are 10+ threads being made about your improper decisions. It's hilarious, moderators are in fact the root cause of most the problems, and that right there my friends is the reason why there should be an immediate change to more qualified people that actually have management experience.
Last thing, if this thread gets deleted or closed... it just proves my point that moderators are never open to user input that might actually make them do their job. Change is what we need to run more efficiently, and we can start by getting rid of the unqualified moderator teenagers who have absolutely no experience in anything BUT playing video games.

Far as I know, Mods are here to prevent this board from becoming another 4chan. Images like that were especially unacceptable. Troll or not.
Also, the reason this thread could be closed is due to talking about bans, which is against the rules. But I'll leave it up for discussion for the time being. -

Of course they won't. I'm TastyLimes and you're some guy with 1000 posts, why would they ever listen to me right? I'm just TastyLimes, proper managing shouldn't be considered because I am TastyLimes. That's basically how things work around here, and that sir is why they shouldn't even be considered as moderators.
Sadly, the way things work around here; make a couple long essay's, boom, you're moderator and you're free to do whatever you please. -

If they were logical enough to actually prevent things, Frecklez would have been gone months ago. -

Perhaps, I may not be versed in the entire Forumer's history, but if I see a problem I deal with it. Because I only ban when needed. I, for instance do not need to ban you because of merely your name. Since your return, sure, I can admit you've been helpful as well as annoying, but nothing to ban on the spot for.
It really depends on the MOD. But despite that, I don't think anyone that has posted content as severely as that to be still walking without a ban. But guess it all depends on the MOD and the content.
When I ban, its only for a temporary period, and the only thing I expect is for people to follow it. I definitely don't like dishing them out like candy. The banning on sight is simply ban evasion, which is part of my job to enforce. -
Its simple logics, Limes.
A thief will always be treated as a thief, a murderer will always be treated as a murderer, and a troll/cheat will always be treated as a troll/cheat. And this is especially so for those who show no remorse.
You have been banned multiple times for doing the same things over and over again. In fact, according to your own words, these bans mean nothing to you. So mods will be a lot more keen at pushing the ban button on you as they are with others.

Yes, and your time needs to be served for that act. Of course the 10 infraction rule still stays, but thats something out of my hands then when it comes to it. -

Bans would mean something to me if they were carried out with the attention of proper guidelines. That isn't evident around here, therefore, you'll see me often emphasising on how bad of a job most moderators are doing. It's inconsistency at it's finest, and you're just putting that aside because you have no intentions of caring about what I'm talking about... but who the person behind it is. You should be gone, you're the reason why there have been a lot of arguments around here, more than me.
troll cheat right? this troll cheat somehow gets more positive recognition than you, and in my two years of being here I have never even witnessed the community wanting someone gone as much as they want you gone. -

"Rehabilitated" being the key word here. Rehabilitation means not taking up acts that got you into trouble in the first place. If you do, then previous acts will be taken into account, just like with any hardened criminal.SooperPickle wrote: »"a thief will always be treated as a thief, and a murderer will always be treated as a murderer. A murderer that has killed in the past is not going to get the same sentence again. He's gonna get a harder sentence, for he didn't learn his lesson the first time.TASTYLIMEEEE wrote: »Bans would mean something to me if they were carried out with the attention of proper guidelines. Of course some people here want me gone. That's because they see me walk the line that they continually cross and get banned for. I have as much tolerance for people that cross the line as most of the MODs here do. In fact, I'm probably less tolerant than they are, for they allowed you to come back. Something that wouldn't have happened if it had been up to me.
But the reason why I'm still here, is because I stay on the good side of the right people. Piking down just in time, like a good little girl, not to cross them. I too get warned sometimes about my flaming behavior, but I heath those warnings. And it will be some time again before I let my emotions get the better of me.
Also, I don't sink so low in showing my dislike of certain individuals here as you guys do. I'm content with expressing my anger without resorting to humiliating someone. If you see that I have stopped replying to your insults, it isn't because I couldn't come up with another comeback. Heck, I could come up with insults that would make your mother cry. (just an expression) No, its because I know I will cross the line when I do.

You don't know anything about mine, and this forums history, Therefore, you cannot classify me as a "murderer who's going to get a heavier sentence because he hasn't learned"
Learned what tho? one of my first ever bans on these forums which occurred awhile ago was because I gave constructive criticism to a moderators gameplay video. It was a sheer reflection that moderators couldn't take any type of criticism, therefore, banning me for absolutely no valid reason. What does somebody "learn" from that? Don't **** of moderators or they'll ban you? But I will, so I can take a personal note of which moderators are utterly terrible and unqualified to actually moderate. I'll be getting banned in the process, but guess what? it's totally worth it. To your eyes, you'll see somebody getting banned for breaking rules, but truly, it'll be somebody getting banned because the moderators don't favour them... not because they broke rules. -

As much as I hate to agree, this has been the case more then once. Which I'm not one to complain about it, but it is a fact. But we must also keep in mind, those cases weren't the only posts those people made, they've been around for awhile and did earn the respect.TASTYLIMEEEE wrote: »Sadly, the way things work around here; make a couple long essay's, boom, you're moderator and you're free to do whatever you please.TASTYLIMEEEE wrote: »

From everything I've ever seen of you, nothings been "constructive criticism". It's always bluntly insulting and unnecessary. Giving criticism isn't a bad thing, it's how you deal it out. The thing you should of "learned" was to stop being such a jerk when stating your opinion. -

It's kind of like how the moderators are when making decisions.
The first thing I said was in agreement... I don't disagree with you because I don't like you, I try to stay neutral, but when things need to be made clear I'll stand on the necessary side. Even if it meant fighting for you. -
