Win7x64 + wierd graphic problem

I tried to get CF working on my Win7 64-bit professional
when i start it it looks like the image below, and i cannot continue from there.

Also when i start thru the patcher, the gameguard loads and works it stuff and opens the game, but the game ONLY opens in a small window (even if i select fullscreen in settings)

Any solution to this?

EDIT: I have tried all screen resolutions and they all shows this problem in graphics,
im currently running an ATI HD4850 @ 1920 x 1080 resolution.

well, CF is usaly running on 1280-1024 resolution. Take a smaller screen and try that?

Foget ATI even the stickys on mouse props are not solved by the mods / hahah you ask why ??
