HGEC error problem

Ok i'm sure i'm not the only one who gets this error but after installing the game and starting it then closing the game. when starting the game again, i get this HGWC error during the HGW game watcher check that would look like this.

"File is changed: W[2007] L[0]
rez\RF003.RFZ"

some times it would show a different number in the error like rez\RF021.REZ or rez\RF016.REZ, etc. so how do i fix this error with out reinstalling the game and re-downloading it? Because i have to continuously do that and it keeps coming back even if i re-download or reinstall.

i think it has to do with something in the C:/program files/Cross Fire/rez. folder.
