Last time they answered my ticket they took two weeks to answer. Z8 Support is really bad.

2 weeks , your lucky ,i`ve had a ticket in for over 2 months and no answer, i`ve pm`ed saidin no answer , i even caught saidin online in the forums and questioned him about my open ticket and all he could do was try and insult be speak rudely and his answer was , put in a ticket or pm ,WHICH I HAD JUST TOLD HIM I DID ALL THOSE THINGS, he didn`t even properly read my post before he responded with such a rediculous answer.
