TF is Wrong with the Suppourt Team!

I sent a Ticket recently about my Account. That a Br Has somehow gotton onto. So i send a ticket and give 2 correct Pieces of Information. and an Inccorect Transiction Id Id but i didnt Know it was incorrect until they told me. well then I told them i dont hav anymore transicitons id and They closed the Ticket -_____________________-\
Like Really?.
All i want is My Account back Ughhh
