Not to worry, "Hack tool" is a poor translation.
Pretty much means you've got something (anything) interfering with Crossfire or XTrap, be it an antivirus, some in-game overlay (Fraps) or a cheat.
Troubleshoot to find out which if you want to, but it shouldn't be all that frequent. -

well, take Mumble. If you want to start CF it crashes by XTrap

Hmm but dot do you get a ban if it pops up to much ?
Because as I said I got 3 fraps hack tools in a row and got a 1 week ban -.-
So if we get 1 hack tool message should we stop playing cf for a while or restart the computer or something like that ? -

week bans are set for cheating, so good job on that. -

Hmm but it just said its a "malicious software/program" but I don´t/didnt use a hack ...
And Edit :
I just got the hack tool detected thing when I was in the lobby and not when I was in a game
(only once when I tryed to shoot trough the wall in EagleEye Gr base -.-

people u know that what it means if he shows it HE HACK!!!!!!! XD
jk dw it happends all the time to others players u dont have to be worry its a glitch if u lose ribbon because of that send support ticket but trust me it will nohting happend that u will be banned or something
