Failed to Connect to Server!

My Father Recently Switched Our ISP. and Now we Have some unknown Modem called uBee. So Now Our Connection is Slower then EVER. I cannot Play Cf. When ever the Login Page comes up i get Failed to Connect to server. So i was Wondering Is there anyway to Fix this Problem? Or Increase my Bandwidth or Somethin Like that
