climbing slower on new PC

I played CF on my new custom PC. i found out when i climb ladders, it is much slower than on the other computer. it takes 1~2 sec to climb a ladder normally, like the one in map Port at A site. But it takes me 2~3 sec on the new PC. I feel like something pull me down when i climb up. what set up do I need to do to fix this problem. thanks!

    High fps = Slowly climbing up ladders with smooth game play

    Low fps = Quickly climbing ladders with choppy game play

    I say it's a small price to pay for having an improved game play; much smoother. BUT it can be very hurtful if there's a ladder in the route of a strat called.

    Thank you. my new PC has 200fps, and old laptop has 80 fps. One more question, when someone else views me, do i look like the same on two computer when i climb ladders.

    I think to them, you look the same as you do on your own screen; slowly climbing up :p
