My account it's not working

Hello . I need your help guys.

So i was had an account with all the info. I changed the email adress. and then the password. Everythink was fine because i send a LOST/ID/PW to the email i changed, BUT when i was wanted to login ingame the password was incorect.. And i tryed to send a LOST/ID/PW to the email i had changed on it and its say " Sorry the email.......".
Can someone explain me why ?

    I dont know how i was changing the infos you know for my account. But after 5 mins my account wasnt working... Login error, sorry email when i sended lost/id/pw.
