Monitor settings
I currently have the asus vh238

Was wondering why CF looks so terrible when I put it in "scenery mode" or some color setting that my monitor has. My monitor looks pretty colorless if it doesn't have that on. Any settings that I should put it at?
Also, what is LCD overdrive? When I click it, it says "The preview has failed to load. Please close any video windows and try again."

Liquid crystal display , your screen is a led. Light-emitting diode which is a generation over lcd. so it mean you would be downgrading your monitor virtualy.
also reason that might be, graphic card, and the window's color you use. + your gfx setting. -
LED refers to the backlight on the LCD panel. Regular LCDs use CCFL tubes instead of LEDs on these new sets.TheRealCoon wrote: »Liquid crystal display , your screen is a led. Light-emitting diode which is a generation over lcd. so it mean you would be downgrading your monitor virtualy.

how sorry my bad didn't read the full spec of the screen just seen LED and the 50000:1 contrast so didn't intend to read more O.o
but anyway your monitor ain't the problem it's your graphic card. -
Not your fault, everyone markets it like that... trying to confuse people into thinking it's some magical new screen when the only change is the lighting =/TheRealCoon wrote: »how sorry my bad didn't read the full spec of the screen just seen LED and the 50000:1 contrast so didn't intend to read more O.o

Granted, it definitely does improve the image quality, but I just don't like sneaky sales people >.> -

I really don't think it's my graphics card.
The colors just aren't.. As bright as I'd like them to be.
And my monitor has "splendid" technology settings which allows me to make the screen different colors or something.. Crossfire looks ugly with it.
