Yes thats OK, problem is NO ONE will get banned by reports made on forums. Even if you have a video of him killing with 1 hit, he won't get banned here.
Send a ticket and get him banned.
Once again, this is a public forum and anyone can see the threads and posts so some "noob" (New to the game) may come by and turn into a hacker after reading this thread. -

speed comes from CE
its to edit memory and stuff
mostly used on flash games on like miniclip or w/e
but it has a built in speedhaack... however it just speeds up your client [so you knife superfast and stuff to]
its something you dl randomly its not a haack from a haackpack made by someone on a haacking site -

Although most hackers are Brazilian, you can find such tools at American sites. Brazilian hackers do not create, when foreigners flood the network with hacks!! I understand that these Brazilian hackers use only. Do not create. -

If you ban all these, you will not have any game. Because we are most into it. And from what I saw, we keep it. We can improve the quality of some players, banning hackers. But not banning nationalities. You were unfortunate in that thought. But I believe that you're a kid wanting to be adult. I forgive you -
