Stolen Account=InGame Hackers
Hey, I'm here with a message for all crossfire GM's.
When a player says that his account got stolen, do you got any ideea how?
Look what I belive: He wanted to download a hack and in the hack was injected a keylogger or other malicious software.
So, is it fair to give an account back to a random guy, so he can keep hacking?
Not giving their account back could be a punish because he wanted to destroy a lovely game like crossfire is.
Do not kill our pleasure to play, and let the hackers without their accounts back.
That could be a discouragement at least for the high graded accounts.
I'm curious how many people agree with what I said.

I think you are right, but in one case I must disagree with you.
My Account (fabiremi999) got stolen even if I didn't hacked/tried to hack. It's now very very long ago my Account was hacked and I can tell you why. I had a virus from a game i downloaded (Actually it was from the game crack i downloaded).
I don't think that I deserve to be punished from CF for that, shouldn't I?
I sended a Support Ticket yesterday and now I only have to wait until they reply.
I don't think that the E-Mail adress or the Security Answer are changed, because the Security Question is still the same and in the time I had the virus I didn't login to my E-Mail adress, so it's impossible that he changed it.
Although, he sold all of my weapons (to get as many GP as he could) and bought other weapons(which I totally hate except the AWM).
I had :
TAR-21
Uzi (totally funny to kill ppl with that
)
AK Silver (which he fortunately can't sell)
P228
Desert Eagle
DSR-1
RPK
Scar Light
and some others I don't remember anymore.
Now here are the changes:
TAR-21selled and now he has got M4A1
Uzi selled
AK Silver (which he fortunately can't sell)
P228 selled for Anaconda
Desert Eagle still here
DSR-1 selled and now he has got AWM
RPK selled
Scar Light (firstly he bought it 1 more (so that he had 2 Scar Lights in 2 different Bags)and then he sold both)
unfortunately I don't remember my oither weapons (which he selled to afford the other weapons he bought)
If you don't believe me that I didn't hacked here's the evidence why I didn't hacked:
Many weapons (all bought with GP(because I have no luck at Black Market(once I bought 80 Crates for the Beretta I didn't won it so I never tried again...)) except AK S)
Master Saergeant 6th Class
I know it's not that high but I had a damn good K/D Ratio
and now I/or better to say my lost Account have/has 50k kills and 40k deaths
At the beginning when I lost my Account and he didn't deleted my friends from the friend list one of my friends joined the room and you know what? He was playing like a piece of Sh1t!
He had maybe one kill, but 14 deaths.
This made me so angry... that I could explode (or if I would meet this "no-life hacker" I would just punch him so often in his face until he would die)
That's all I can say now.

Edit: I also linked the Account to my Facebook Account ... so I have another evidence that I'm the truly Account Owner. -

disagree. Cause I know few people, whose acc was stolen. Some of them tried to sell their acc and was tricked, some wanted free zp (yes I know its pathetic to be tricked on this way), Some of them just used to easy password. and I think they also use same password in other sites...
So not all lose their acc by trying to use haks. And I think most of people, who want to use hak dont care about loosing their acc -

I totally disagree with the suggestion for no help for lost accounts.
It could also be just that you forgot your pw and everybody will say you have lost your acc. And nobody can prove if you had a keylogger or not.
Totally stupid what you said. I mean they aren't returning people their Accounts , they are telling them the required information (if they can prove that they are the truly Account Owner)
It wouldn't be fair, if you just forgot your pw and the Support wouldn't help you.
And banned Accounts can't be returned anyway so... there shouldn't be even a fee for that. -
