About my acc got hacked

so, it's been 2 weeks already and i haven't get my acc back , with a reason that i shared acc with my brother? and they blocked my acc , and i can't play cf for 2 weeks , so i lost my acc with that reason, over 2000 bucks spent on that acc now what i've got? lost it? although i've sent all information , ss , Payment Method , Transaction ID to z8 but.....i've been playing cf since it begin. wdf

I waited one week for them to reply to my support ticket for them to close it
just call them its easier

I DID CALL THEM , AND THE LADY SAID I CANT GET IT BACK CUZ A REASON ABOVE, then i asked her that i lost it she says sorry , then says Have a nice day ( what the **** , i had a bad day but she said that , is it nice ?)

Account sharing is virtually impossible to figure out who owns the account. Other players of our games should not be trusted with your account. If they want to play the game they should have their own account. Not use yours.

It is your own fault, if you give an account to someone and then lose the account. You cannot expect Z8Games to return an account to use at a later date because YOU GAVE IT AWAY.

This is why you should ALWAYS read the Terms of Use when registering your account, as well as the game rules. Sharing of accounts is not permitted.

We can easily check it.

Stupidity doesn't entitle you to get your account back.
Accounts don't get 'hacked'. We've never lost an account from our servers because of poor server security.
You gave the info away, or you cheated and got keylogged.
Deal with it. We don't know that the account is yours since you shared it.

Oh, and RaptorJebus said you downloaded a keylogger, not a hack. Wonder why you jumped straight to hack..
