It will take me 5 secs to load in UK, i get 20 ping

NA, 4000, i dont get it.

BT Infinity, fastest internet in UK

London, i live in london.

My UK ping is fine, i join a room and it takes around... 10 minutes to loads then when i get in its like, 4120 ping stable.

Virgin media is the fastest in the UK.

Are you connected FTTC or ADSL?

No clue, but Virgin lags on CF because it connects to the TV etc. This gives you the lowest ping

Actually, Virgin Media provides these things called splitters, they have Amps built in. I should know, I tinker with DOCSIS

Back to your problem.
Try to use TCP Optimizer, just use their Auto-Optimize feature.
Open the ports on your router by setting up a static IP and adding the rule.
Disable Windows Firewall (Your Router SHOULD have one).

Try that. It's getting late so I'm slightly tired.
