I'm a high pinger (sorry guys) UK, but playing from China cos' of the job. I find that there is a mixed bag of players, but usually I can deal with anyone on around 120+ ping compared to my 220+ (although I do get pwned by Canadians with their 20 or lower)
Agree with the OP and other posters, if I see someone trying to kick because another guy is pwning (apparently because of low ping), I will vote against. Low ping helps (a hell of a lot), but if high pingers can't deal with that then maybe they are just lacking.
I have beaten guys with 20 ping while on 260 (maybe because of UT: Tactical Ops on dial up experience), but still... just tell them to stop whining.
On a side note, I'm looking forwards to the day I actually meet a good BR player. I got even higher ping than they do and still they get their asses handed to them. Either that or there is a speed hack on the go. -
ok first off, i have played games based in china, korea and other places on the opposite side of the world from me... i never go over 120 ping... and i just have a basic 6mb connection and that's using it with 2 computers at the same time. soo people with over 200 seriously get a new internet service if you can. or a computer upgrade. i'm using a crap modem with a 30$ router. if i can get 40 ping on this game, no one should go over 150. that's that... also since i was 30-10 in a pistol only match some guy joined and he was like 1-10 said "dont touch my gun noob" cause i took his gold de like 5x lol, i think he spent near 300$ on his account

Camping, although annoying, is not a noobish tactic. If that was the case, I doubt anyone here would like the Rambo movies and also it's rule #1. Always be aware of your surroundings.
It's precisely why bad players can't enter tournaments and compete on the highest levels. They complain about anything and everything.
Now I know that pubs are meant to be "fun", so people wind up making rules like "Out of T spawn by 1:30" since no one likes to wait until the last 30 seconds for the T's to get to a bomb site, but to YELL at the CT's for camping, when they're doing their job? The job of the T's is to BREAK The camp, by teamwork. (replace GR and BL for your crossfire). Anyone that can't handle the defending team camping, should get the hell out of crossfire and stick to checkers, minesweeper, or some other game that low IQ dweebs might actually win at... -
