In this particular instance, yes. Although there's more ways to get points than just kills. Specific mission events will determine if there is any variation to how to score. Deaths never factor into your score. -

Ace is obvious as its displayed to everyone at the end of the game.
Defuse, plants and the sort are recorded after I look over the replay to determine who scores such. I post how many kills, plants/defuses and awards like Ace in the leaderboards noted earlier in this topic. -
