To be honest, rating the game because of hacks shouldn't even be acceptable. EVERY game got hackers, not the games fault people decided to create a bunch of hacks recently.
Also, the game does not make the community, it's not the games fault that the community isn't the best. It's the people IN the community.
When I started to play Crossfire I loved the game because it was fast paced, NO other games was this perfect and fast paced enough for me to even play it. I hate slow fps games, that's why I bailed a lot of fps's after a few hours. I have always hated lag, and after awhile I could barely stop raging because of all the irritating things that happen due to lag. But when the UK server came online I literally jumped of joy.
The graphics is not the best, but if this game would have had better graphics, I don't think it would have been as popular. The game looks better like this, and it would have been awful if it looked like COD or AvA or Battlefield.
The game lacks music, but it got some. They are pretty good, but they get repetitive after awhile. The sounds of the guns are great, but there are some sounds that shouldn't be as loud. An example would be the Scar Light and the dual uzi's, you can hear those things from across the map, it's silly. Also, the minimi(?) and the anaconda doesn't even make noises.
There are a lot of content in the game, and when I say a lot, I mean A LOT. We get much more things than most of the other free fps's, we usually get up to 2-3 guns, 1-2 maps, a lot of fixes and similar things like that. It doesn't matter if it is GP or ZP, we GET them, that's the point.
Also, the GMs and Moderators try to be helpful and I think they manage to do that in a very successful way. At times we see things like "cool story bro" and stuff like that. But there are always a reason behind that. The GMs also listen to the players, but when you all just ignore what they try to do and just spam around hating on everything about this game, I bet they wouldn't react nice and say, "Oh how sweet of you to say that! Thanks!". They actually try to help, and the community just ignore them and more or less take a dump on their lawn.

the developers. aka the devs.
if you're playing this game, then obviously they're doing good enough to keep you coming. and if a 0 is good enough to keep you coming back.. then stop complaining. <-- not towards you. just in general. -
FPS Gameplay:8, i like the gameplay unlike any other ive seen in a while for a F2p game
Comm: -3 the very worst thing about this game i can think of, your either playing in a room with a hac.ker or your being kicked from a room because BRs think your a ha.cker. there is the forumers room, but the game shouldn't rely on you going to one room out of the full game for you to have fun.

People have their opinions on the game and I think the shouldn't be having a go at or getting called a suck ass to Z8 games. But I'm my opinion crossfire has many features the best of all, is that it's free. Personally that's great, something FREE and not having to pay for. You can even earn FREE ZP! The things I disagree about crossfire that some items would be better of and fair to be GP. I know Z8 have to keep the income going in, but not everyone pays. But as for my ratings.
- Graphics - 7 | The First Person Shooter(FPS) is very realistic.
- Gameplay - 10 | I've played some FP2 Games & Paid games, but crossfire does require skill! (Unless you use M12 or Scar L)
- Sounds - 10 | Very very detailed in every aspect the gun sounds. From switching to your knife, and pulling out and clocking your AWM. Music I don't have on so no comment towards it.
- Community/Kick Voting - 6 | In a way it's not at all Z8Games fault! But they could do something with the voting option & have a go @ X-fail to get on the bums and do some more work!
- Support - 8 | I can't say much on support I haven't filed a complain at anyone but I see alot of Members and MODS helping people out.
The hacking in the game will be fixed at time. CSS gets hacked, Sony gets hacked, Adobe gets hacked. So wht u gna do? -

I fairly rate CrossFire at a barely pushing it 6/10. If they would fix these hacks I would rate it a 8/10 an if they ever fix the glitches on the maps a 9/10 also and last but not least LISTEN TO THE PLAYERS!!! I would rate this game a perfect 10/10! -
This would be a modern day review of Crossfire:
Graphics: 5 (similar to CS 1.6, missing many options like AA, ragdoll animations, etc etc)
Sound: 6 ( nothing special, though they get boring after a while, especially lobby music )
Gameplay: 7 ( is fun in multiplayer, but the game lacks singleplayer & story)
Multiplayer: 4 (lots of hackers, no ping-capped rooms, kick system is a fail, etc etc)
Content: 3 (very unbalanced weapons, unrealistic, tons of re-skins of the same weapons, some very hard to get - crates, too much commercial crap which changes the game from military to childish)
Overall: 5 ( there are much better games out there, i can just recommend it if you are under 12 years old or are extremely bored and high). -

Programmers could make more efforts into it cuz it's the first time i've seen THAT many reskin of the same gun and it doesn't even look nice(m4 crystal for example looks like soap shaped like an m4 cuz all they did was putting blue all over the gun cuz they were too lazy to do something nice)but overall this game is nice and fun to play

I rate CF an 8 just because it is not up-to-date, laggers, and hackers.
Its got potential to do good but unless they listen to what people wan't and work with use it won't happen
