Launcher Problem

I told my friend about crossfire and he downloaded it and was playing with me but after the patch where they changed the loader he gets this issue



As you can see the start button is not selectable and all the other buttons are misplaced.

Need help i cant figure this out and ive never had this issue with my version. He runs Win7 x64 with 1680x1050 resolution
