Looking for clan! ;)

Hey, my name is Žiga. I'm 22 years old and I'm slovenian! ))

I am leader of my own clan which was pretty active few months ago, but only friends were inside ( real life friends ). But they mostly stopped playing for some reasons, so I became more or less solo player hehe. And I found out that playing solo is kinda boring, so I'm about to close my clan and I want to join another 1. What am I looking for?
I'm looking for well organised clan with ACTIVE ppl and ventrilo is a MUST. I want a clan which plays clan wars and have some trainings everyday or so... And i want nice ppl in clan, not ppl who think they're gods... Oh, my KDR is about 1.7
