Security answer and change email!

I dont remember my security answer and i cant change my email or delete my clan!I made this because i just want to delete my clan to join my friend clan!If you can only delete the clan for me it will be fine.The name imply !I asure that im the owner of this account but i really cant remember my account security answer and email!
