Speed Problem

I have seen players have their "Speed" raised and i was wondering if it is some kind of hack because i have never seen players go at least two times as fast as a regular Mutant using skill "G." I have been noticing this since i think last week or two. (Not mentioning a Ghost Match lasting 100 rounds in one game).

So Hack to you or no?


By the way is this message suppose to go somewhere else?(That I am to "Blind" to find?)
