XTrap Error

Hello, i have just went to download and install crossfire on my new system and i keep on recieving the xtrap error "Code_Field [08-0400-00000000-517]" See thei mage below.


I am using bitdefender antivirus and the program is in the allowed list of my firewall along with a few other prorgrams relating to cross fire. I have tried running in administration mode, and going into the compatibitliy options for the execution files in my cross fire folder ,, and changed those to run in administration mode as well.

Does anybody have any idea on wht could be causing this error along with any ideas on how to fix it? I would greatly appreciate any replies helping out
