Gun sounds are not replaceable as they are packed inside CF's REZ files. If you'd like some custom kill marks, check out the Fan Works section. You'll find plenty there.

you can't change the gun sounds without breaking your client/getting banned. you can change the sounds when you kill though.

you can find all sorts of mods on modhub.
