Cant get game to work =(

The game installs fine but when I go to start it up the first screen that comes up is like frozen or something. I try to click on start and nothing happens.......any help would be appreciated. I have installed and uninstalled it twice and still the same thing

I click on the crossfire icon to run the game and I get the first page with HOME CLAN MALL FORUM on it but where it has register and start you cant see it it is just white screen where the register and start buttons are like its not loading all the way but the things that are showing up I can click on and they work.......makes no sense to me

my zoom was at 125% changed it to 100% now works perfect
