System Idle Process..Help?

i friggin lol'd.

system idle process is the amount of ur cpu that is free.

Idle:

not working or active; unemployed; doing nothing: idle workers.

not spent or filled with activity: idle hours.

not in use or operation; not kept busy: idle machinery.

Close google chrome, get opera (first)

then what kind of cpu/ram/and application you have. and what you try to open.

sounds like some virus has messed up your windows folder.

reformat is always the soluce to all your problem. (else it's material)
