Window screen/Full Screen

Before today I have encountered a problem with Full Screen mode, which is that it works except for the far right and left side of the screen which is just black bars. A simple restart of the computer will fix these.
Today I have encountered a new problem and a restart will not fix it. When CF comes up it is the Window Sized screen and the rest of my screen is black, when I switch it to Window Screen in the options (being that its on Full screen) it goes to window screen and I can see my desktop etc. I then switch it back to full screen and again I have it outlined in black and still its a small window.

Please help me fix this problem so my Full Screen will work. Thank you so much CF Support
