q for people who are any good
How do you deal with constantly being called a hacker and being kicked out of games?
This doesn't happen on any other FPS I've ever played where everybody accuses of hacking or otherwise just kicks out anybody with a good score.
How do people not know that a hack is OBVIOUS, not just a good score?
Anyway, just curious how you deal with it. I'm far from the best, so I imagine some have it much harder than me.
It boggles my mind z8games doesn't care about this problem. I guess the lousy majority-rules kicking policy is necessary given how easy the game is to hack, but c'mon, how about a hierarchy with kick ability instead or something? Instead of letting a bunch of noobish 12 year olds kick out everyone better than them?
(Obviously this just happened). My only hope is that z8games holds some tournament for people who were reported the most but don't hack

i dont think i've been in a game in the past 2 weeks where i havent been called a hacker. like they said you can deal with it and move on, or you can take s/s of every time and make a youtube video for fun lol... seriously the best way to deal with it is not to explain it to the noobs... cause even if you explain your skill perfectly and explain their screwups they usually kick you sooner. you're better off just saying you dont hack, say anything else they just kick faster

this is my protocol on people who blantenly yell hacker...first i say ROFL, then i say thx for the compliment but i dont hak..if they keep on then i just tell em to go to walmart and buy sum skilz..but mostly i do just "thank them" for calling me one..as long as you know you dont hak thats all that matters rite..good luck with it

Seems like the consensus is this game is just horribly designed (....and yet keeps me coming back).
Very sad. Seems like there are so many ways to fix this if anybody cared.
To the person who said play retail games, that has nothing to do with it. The other FPS I've played a lot recently is Quake Live, also free, and it's extremely rare to be called a hacker. I'm going to guess it's an older crowd, but it's also 1) tiered based on skill not time played, and tiers limit who you can play; and 2) you can only kick in the beginning of a match, which works because so few hackers get by Punk Buster, etc. anyway.
Meh. Maybe the best players aren't as likely to sell out their contact info and credit for ZP, so aren't worth making changes for.

If your a good gm player then it is usually even worse From most modes i will not get kicked (obviously now and again i will) but in gm i am kicked from around half the matches i play unless i get lots of my mates are online and in the same room. -
It's just bareing with it.. The core problem is z8games or X-Trap allowing hacks into the game in the first place. If they blocked them completely, then the accusers would be laughed at instead of taken seriously.
The accusers don't care about your proof, the fact that you laid him out or half their team out within a minute or did some sort of unbelieveable clutch is proof enough for them to whine.
So I ignore it. I'm usually terrible at the start of the round so it gives me some credibility that I am legit. If they still do whine, I just laugh it off. -
its quite easy to avoid getting kicked
1. get high rank (captain is perfect, not higher cause they call u farm then)
2. you have to look pro
i got 2 accs, with my captain one i never get kicked, with the one nearly 2nd lt i get kicked all the time
easy as that
oh well and play on the 5%+ gp servers -
Fixed the first part, agree with the middle and also do the last as well. It's sad that you sometimes have to stand out in the middle of the ground floor in Metro, toss your weapons down and wait for someone to fail hop to you in order to not get kicked.It's just bareing with it.. To the kickers in my team, who are also dumb enough to spam the chat with F11, I explain them how much their mothers have failed and what they need to do to not fail again. Sometimes I even offer myself as a volunteer to make a brother or a sister to the dumb noob who kicked me or spammed the chat with F11.
As for the people who cry hack in the other team, well it depends. My response varies from LOL to noob. Today one kid cried that I have no hitbox. What the hell is that I have no idea, but I told him to gtf,o. -

here small list where i called "no0b" on snd
camper no0b - 4 kills
rusher no0b - 4kills
farmer no0b - ace
h4ker no0b - 5-6 kills
backreaper no0b - 2-3 kills, but only no0bs can be killed from back (what?what?!? nTheBuT.T;)
never complained about enemys wich use spop/ star sprayer staff. but fact is i get kicked mostly for no reason awhile those nub Q.Qers can stay on match. (even i play with 2 friends on match)
get exp , k/d after beeing kicked for next patch bumped
P.S my macro: getalife.c0m ... stop Q.Q in front of monitor. -
Quake and Unreal type games are too hard for some people here. That's why they are playing Crossfire, votekicking anyone who kills them.
LOL, IKR....nothing like some kid playing some UT2004 and losing 30-0 to some pro, REPEATEDLY, then giving up and going back to easier games (that you STILL suck at). Heck I tried to get some kids into UT...they just wound up rage quitting saying it was too hard
Then you get the people like me that wind up sticking with it, and after awhile, those pros have a hard time getting a wicked sick 30-0 against you, then they have to just win 21 to 2 or something...and that's when you know you're improving.
Anyone ever wonder why Zero4, Fat (Fatal1ty), Hatebreed, Lauke, CombatCarl, were the best UT 2004/Quake players of their time? Because they worked their ass off and practiced practiced practiced. And you train hard enough, eventually you'll get good.
