we already have a golden rpk.. -
Barrett: Never coming because our players (and Devs too) are a bunch of whiners and rated it as an "excessively Over powered weapon".
All the other weapons are re-skins of current weapons and are all probably going to be ZP/Crates/Temp so I couldn't care any less if they are/aren't added to the game. -

I would like the Golden Dragonunov if it had better power and accuracy. But the others, I just wouldn't care about them. -

In reality, any gun is a one hit (for the most part), so it is negligible to the point. It is very difficult to survive certain gunshots without immediate care.
The Barrett uses .50 ammo, while the AWM and DSR use .308 and .338 Lapua. See the difference? The Barrett is not a sniper rifle. Z8 understands this. Anti-Material rifles fall under massively overpowered weapons in my book. (Imagine 0 DMG loss over distance and 100% penetration damage) -

Imagine a gun that kills you if it hits you in the big toe from behind a thick wooden door, Tigger. That's how overpowered the Barrett .50 cal is in this game. Its a guaranteed 1-hit kill, even if the bullet just so much as graces you.
On a mutant, it does 2-3 times the damage of an AWM. So when facing humans, it doesn't matter where you hit them, they are going to be dead either way.
The Asian versions have a lot of overpowering stuff, and its wrecking pub play. People there are actually forced to either quit or join in on buying overpowered weapons.

they also said gat would never come out and was mm only. Then later it was zp crate.
Unlike the gat, the barett its actually useful.
I predict eventually they'll put it in mm/hero crates 1st(which they already have said to be considering at some point). Then a few months later, or several, it'll be zp crate. -

Gattling is hard to time, you have to constantly click for it to actually work fast.
By the time it shoots, in any mode other than MM/HM, you is dead. -

Actually, the .338 is a dual purpose round, and it's anti-material roles are very limited at best. It is mainly used for SNIPER RIFLES, and is not nearly comparative to other larger rounds.
And in case anyone didn't notice, the gatling gun is not the best gun, so the whole "heavy weapon" thing? Not that big of an issue. -

Ohh yeh how could I forget,
I mean everyone uses Golden Gatling gun again'st personell nowadays. Or they could use Minimi's or even M60 which, as far as I know, are machine guns that stay on vehicles and can't be carried around like UZI's. (See the sarcasm? -.-')
Then again Barrett was designed to penetrate bullet proof armour. -

...I'm pretty sure the Barrett was designed to destroy a bit more than a piece of fabric.
Even so, a Barrett is a terrible choice of weapon for someone who just needs to kill someone. Barrett M82A1, about 30 pounds. Not too much, but still encumbers you. Knight's Armament SR-25 Full length, about 11 pounds. AWM fit for .338, about 15 pounds. Overkill never justifies having that much weight. -

2) If I shot you with a gun RIGHT NOW, you'd more then likely die unless we got you to a hospital/field medic (or something). That's what he meant.
