black market problem

I was openning my DE-scope crates and i got somebugs.

It appear in all options a global risk guy and i didn't get nothing. But i didnt lose any crate at first.

than i tried again and it came 2 coupons and 1 GP. Suddenly, it changed to 1 gp 1 green flame and 1 spray. I got reaaaalllyyy mad about that.

and when i was about to open the last crate it appeard that there wasn't any crate.

Conclusion i lost 2 coupons and 1 crate. I want them back -.-w

I had the same problems with my Mauser M1896 crates. Suddenly the Global Risk Guys appears every crate then the 3rd crate i got Mauser xD

i also had this problem and already submitted a ticket hours ago... only the swat guy came up and the congratulations banner was above them as a "WIN" but when they showed the win it dissapeared. i got screenshots but not the whole thing. happened so fast
